Recommended Settings
1.Nozzle Size: 0.6 mm hardened steel. Tray halves and one-piece tray and carrier should also be printed flat on large format printers (make sure to add supports).
Large carrier adapter half should be printed vertically (as shown in picture)
2. Filaments: PETG-CF for parts, TPU for the (4) rectangle pads, and support interface filament.
3. PETG-CF settings:
a. Nozzle Temperature: 250°C to 260°C
b. Bed Temperature: 70°C
c. Print Speed: between 40 – 80 mm/s
